Sales Tax

Shipping Charges

Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before your order is shipped, depending on product availability.

Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Standard Service delivery is typically 3–7 business days after the order has shipped. Standard shipping within the U.S. is $10.

Delivery Options

Aminocare.com orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Thursday, excluding major holidays).

 

Standard Service

Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before your order ships, depending on product availability.

• Most Standard Service orders are delivered within 3–7 business days from the order's ship date.
• Orders destined for P.O. Boxes are delivered via USPS or FedEx SmartPost and may take approximately 6–14 business days after shipment.
• Delivery to some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.
• Processing time is separate from carrier shipping and delivery time.

 

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories

Aminocare.com accepts orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands). The price on these shipments is $20. If you have any questions concerning the shipment of your order, please use our Contact Us form or call us at 1-800-856-8006.

 

International Customs & Duties

For international orders, the cost of shipping goes towards shipping the item only. International orders may be subject to additional customs fees and/or taxes depending on the location at the discretion of the local customs agency. The customer is liable for any additional customs or duties fees and taxes necessary to receive the package. 

For international orders, the average standard shipping time is 12 to 25 business days after the order has shipped.

 

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee that it can be canceled or modified. Orders may begin processing shortly after they are submitted.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

 

Temporarily out of stock / Backordered items

If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available with no additional shipping charges via the originally selected ship method. The actual delivery date of your order depends on the shipping method selected. If your order contains item(s) that are in-stock and item(s) that are backordered, the in-stock item(s) will be shipped immediately and the backordered item(s) will be shipped as soon as they are available. There are no additional shipping charges for the shipment of backordered item(s).
